Pró-Terra handled the startup of all Bühler machines at Broto Legal’s Touro Passo Unit in Uruguaiana, RS, helping put into operation an industry with capacity of 24 tons per hour.
The work involved assisted startup and operational adjustment of key rice processing equipment, including husker, paddy separator, profile classifier, destoner, whitener, polisher, trieur, plansifter, TAS, air column and tip sieve.
In addition to the Bühler line, Pró-Terra also participated in the sale and installation of Garten automation and the Indumak packaging sector, integrating process, control and packaging to give fluidity to the industrial operation.
Coordinate the startup of a high-capacity line, validating Bühler equipment in sequence, integrating Garten automation and connecting the Indumak packaging sector to deliver a stable, precise operation ready for continuous production.
